(Saw Mill Parkway):
To Croton Falls, Exit 8. Left at
end of exit on Hardscrabble Road.
Take Hardscrabble Road to Route
22. (1/4 - 1/2 miles). Bear right on Rte. 22 at light. Follow
through Croton Falls, going under RR bridge then bearing right
500 feet. Turn left at white Baptist church towards Lake
Mahopac. Cross straight at traffic light over Rte. 202 onto
Croton Falls Road. Stay approximately 1.5 miles to Union Valley
Road. Union Valley Road is the first road on your left after the
twin reservoirs. Make left on Union Valley Rd., go to the top of
the hill. Camp Kiwi is on your left. There is a blue sign at the
entrance and a white fence.
From the Taconic
Parkway:
Exit at Route 6 East towards
Mahopac. Follow Route 6 approximately 5 miles
through Mahopac to the traffic
light at the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department which will be on
your right. Turn right onto Croton falls Road. Go about 2 - 2.5
miles on Croton Falls Road to Union Valley Road on the right.
Turn right on Union Valley Road.
Camp Kiwi is 1/4 mile up the hill on your left. See blue sign
and white fence at camp entrance.
From Danbury:
I84 West to 684 South, get off at
Exit 8. Make a left at the traffic signal at the end of the ramp
onto Hardscrabble Road. At traffic signal bear right onto Route
22. Follow through the hamlet of Croton Falls going under the RR
bridge then bearing right 500 feet. Turn left at the white
Baptist Church towards Lake Mahopac. Go straight across Rte. 202
at traffic light onto Croton Falls Road (See St. Joseph's church
and school on your right). Stay on Croton Falls Road for
approximately 1.5 miles to Union Valley Road which will be the
first left turn after the twin reservoirs. Make a left on Union
Valley Rd. and go to the top of the hill about 1/4 miles. See
camp entrance on your left. Notice the blue sign and white
fence. |
