This Photo was taken on March 17,1975 in the late afternoon following the St. Patrick`s Day Parade in NYC at the Libation of the PESW at the VFW Post #596 on So. Third Ave. in Mount Vernon, N.Y.  Libation also included a wonderful Corn Beef and Cabbage Dinner, Beer and Irish Coffee prepared by Chris Lovely, Bob Forrest, Larry Tracy et al.
